“The Republican Party of Armenia has 58 mandates which enable to a sole rule in the forthcoming 5 years. The opposition is formed via “Tsarukyan” alliance which will pursue free trade concept as well. Therefore I do not think that serious resistance will be in place in the new parliament with respect to making economic policy an efficient one”, told the president of the “Union of National Commodity Producers”, member of Communist Party of Armenia’s (which did not receive sufficient votes to pass) electoral list Vazgen Safaryan.
He noted that PM Karen Karapetyan pays a great attention to the field of light industry speaking of creating 10.000 new workplaces: “If it does not appear in the pole of state assistance, I do not think suchlike projects will have success.” According to Safaryan RA input environment is not so as to invite massive contributions to the RA, but local potential is to be utilized: “For example, the state should convert deposits into shares.” Safaryan noted that pursuant to the predictions the agricultural year will be beneficial, therefore agricultural product export to RF will increase.
