“Interfax” has reported that Ministry of Justice of Republic of Armenia discusses to change the place of confinement of Valery Permyakov, who has killed Avetisyan family in Gyumri in 2015.

Deputy Minister of Justice Suren Krmoyan during the press conference said that there is no such decision or such agreement. Deputy Minister told that they are discussing the place of confinement of Valery Permyakov, but there is no definite decision.
