“Armenian field is not political, it has no political component, instead it has criminal components,” during the press conference said political technologist Karen Kocharyan.
According to him, it is unacceptable if the party leaders obligate the candidates to bring votes for them. Pursuant to the political technologist, the leaders should not oblige the candidates especially when they are elected they should not deprive them of the mandate.
“There is a practice in Armenia to spoil the people, moreover in different spheres. The compulsion to put down the mandates was one of the processes to spoil the field,” said Karen Kocharyan.
