“I do not see any steps or actions,” Hovhannes Igityan, former chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, told “Aravot” referring to the last addressed statement of OSCE Minsk group and the response of the Armenian side.
According to our interviewee, now we should make international society, Minsk group and other institutions understand that in this environment, in the actual war situation it is not possible to implement negotiation process.
“While the Armenian diplomacy is talking more about how good are CSTO and EAEU, that we are active participants there than about more important issues concerning the international society,” said Hovhannes Igityan.
