The NA “Yelq” bloc member Gevorg Gorgisyan describes the government’s program approved by the parliament, as “it should be nice in the RA, but not clear how”. The deputy said that the government’s program has serious shortcomings, as it does not involve strategic issues, “We do not have energy resources, like oil, or gas. We have a serious problem to ensure energy independence. Research should be made in the area of renewable and alternative energy sources, but there is no mention of such in the government’s plan”.
Gorgisyan noticed that the government’s plan mentions about the growth of export volume, but the latter requires a railroad, “We need a railroad, however, there is no RA-Iran railroad program in the government’s plan. In general, the plan is extensive but has no basis. It is said that the postal service should be developed, but several weeks ago the RPA approved the alienation of “HayPost”. It is said that culture has an important role, but we sell “HayFilm”, while cinematography is a powerful tool for presenting culture”.
Besides these issues, Gevorg Gorgisyan clarified why members of “Yelq” voted against the government’s plan, “There is an issue of trust. After all, the Prime Minister and the RPA should be responsible for that program, but we have a regress in almost all areas. There is no basis to believe that the beautiful words of the government’s program will be implemented”.
