On 16 December Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan and Armenian premier Karen Karapetyan chaired a joint consultation with the participation of the Armenian Cabinet and Artsakh legislative and executive power representatives, members of the Board Coordinating Constitutional Reforms under the Artsakh Republic President.
A wide range of issues relating to reforming local self-government systems envisaged by the new constitutions adopted by the two Armenian states was discussed during the consultation.
President Sahakyan qualified such discussions important and demanded considering them among the foundations of making efficient decisions.
