Today, Aravot.am inquired from Armen Ashotyan, Chairman of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, how he appreciates Armenian Ambassador to Georgia Ruben Sadoyan’s work.
Armen Ashotyan said that the press enjoys embroiling various politicians, deputies, ambassadors: “If a former deputy is appointed an ambassador in one country, it does not mean that this country is less important than a country where, for instance, former Foreign Minister becomes an ambassador. I think these perceptions are not objective. The ambassadors should not only have an effect on their political image, but also be effective in their political activities. I’m sure Ruben Sadoyan will be an effective ambassador”.
He also said that the President’s visit to Georgia is also expected.
