The Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement signed between Armenia and the EU on November presupposes also reforms in Armenia’s public administration field, informed the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Karen Nazaryan. “We discuss the process of the reforms with the EU Eastern Partnership States, we also compare which country is on which level,” he explained.
As regards the Armenia-EU agreement’s entering into force, the Deputy Foreign Minister mentioned – it will enter into force after the ratification: “After that, the provisions of the most part of the agreement will enter into force temporarily. The agreement entails such provision.”
Karen Nazaryan also said that the mentioned process should take place until April 1, that is, the agreement will enter into force April 1 forward.
