On 10 July Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on awarding director of the Ophthalmologic Center after S.V.Malayan, Doctor of Medicine, Professor Aleksandr Malayan for the service rendered to the Artsakh Republic in the healthcare sphere and on his 70th birthday anniversary with the “Vachagan Barepasht” medal.
