The appeal of the Second President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan is going to be presented to the Court of Appeals of the Republic of Armenia, informed the head of his office, Viktor Soghomonyan to Aravot.am.
Let us remind you that the judge of Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, Vache Margaryan, had rejected the arbitration of the advocates of the Second President of the Republic of Armenia, whereby they requested releasing Robert Kocharyan on bail.
The advocates will appeal the decision of the court in the Court of Appeals. The latter, according to the rules of order, will get familiar with the content of the appeal and appoint date and time for the investigation in the near future.
Viktor Soghomonyan also informed that the advocates had addressed an application letter to the leadership of the penitentiary, implying that conditions necessary for the creative work should be created in Robert Kocharyan’s cell.
Soghomonyan mentioned that Robert Kocharyan wrote an autobiography, which was close to its end.
Let us remind you that Robert Kocharyan is accused of violating the constitutional order of the Republic of Armenia on March 1 case.
