“The war will be short-term. It is not even going to be a war, it is going to be a clash,” said the former president of Arabkir district branch of “Yerkrapah” Union of Volunteers, the Commander of “Arabkir” group, Hovhannes Harutyunyan, referring to the concerns that war can evolve in the near future.
Asked if we have resources to resist, he replied: “Of course. We are a conflicting country, what do we want? Prevent the war then. The politics have been so that it has always been a hotspot, and we have fought with the weapons of the 1980s. And the question of why we still fight with the weapons of the 1980s still awaits its response.”
