Jirair Sefilian and Varuzhan Avetisyan announced that they are going to create a new political party. They said that they will be participating in the upcoming parliamentary elections. “Finally we will create an unprecedented possibility for the people to express their will in the National Assembly. This is one of the biggest changes that the revolution brought about.” Jirair Sefilian said that the situation right now is tense as former authorities are trying to gain ground. “Unfortunately, the current authorities did not create a basis to have a different approach to the transitional stage, but I think that the time has come for all of us to bring forth a different approach. Thankfully, Mr. Pashinyan spoke about this a few days ago.”
Sefilian said that they don’t know if they will be a pro-government force if they will create a coalition with another political force, or anything else. Life will make that clear to them. “Let none of the old authorities dream of ever returning to the National Assembly,” Sefilian said, referring to the anti-revolutionary forces.

Thanks for this important news, but please correct the big mistake in it. Varujan Avetisyan is misidentified as Varuzhan Stepanyan.
