On the night of September 16th and the early morning hours of the 17th, Azerbaijani forces fired high-caliber weapons towards Armenian defense units and the villages of Koti and Baghanis in Noyemberyan.
The administrative leader of Koti, Felix Melikyan, informed that the shootings lasted for over an hour, beginning on September 16th at 11:50 PM and ending on September 17th at around 1 AM. The village’s administrative leader announced that as a result of the shootings, roofs and walls of homes were damaged.
During the early morning hours of September 17th, from 12:20-12:40 AM, the Baghanis village was fired upon.
The administrative leader of Baghanis, Narek Sahakyan, announced that the roofs of homes were damaged in Baghanis. At the moment, the border by Noyemberyan is relatively calm.
