The police received information on October 13th that at 2:00 AM on Northern Avenue, resident of the Noratus village Ara Banduryan fired gunshots at workers and customers at a nightclub from an unknown pistol.
Ara Banduryan was turned in to the Central department police station.
The police pressed charges against him in accordance with article 258, point 4 of the Criminal Code of Armenia regarding hooliganism.
Banduryan has been arrested.
The case has been sent to the pre-investigative body for further investigation.
