President Hassan Rouhani of the Islamic Republic of Iran has sent a congratulatory message to Nikol Pashinyan on his appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

“Excellency,

I sincerely congratulate you on being appointed as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

I do hope that your reappointment will help us expand and deepen our developing relationships on bilateral, regional and international platforms.

I wish you robust health and every success, as well as prosperity and well-being to the friendly people of the Republic of Armenia,” the Iranian President stated in his message.
