“Nothing is impossible,” Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told reporters when asked if he will meet his Azeri colleague Elmar Mammadyarov at the Munich Security Conference in February. “Traditionally, we announce this. Of course, we are moving forward, but we are trying to coordinate and agree upon times with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs,” Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said.
“I will be going to Munich. I understand that my colleague Elmar Mammadyarov is also planning to be there,” he said. Reporters also asked if there is a meeting planned between Pashinyan and Aliyev in Munich. “I cannot confirm whether or not our Prime Minister will be in Munich.”
