Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan is not giving any evaluation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s request to block all the entrances and exits to the courts in the country on May 19th.
Responding to reporters’ questions about this, he said, “We need to be able to separate legal and political processes. This was a political process and I am not in a rush to give an evaluation.”
When asked about if he would have resigned had he not been in agreement with Nikol Pashinyan’s actions, the minister said, “I do not think it is right for me to answer that question.”
When asked if there is any basis for him to resign, Zeynalyan said “No.”
