ARMENPRESS. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has saved 3,8 billion drams in the first half of 2019 with regard to pensions and benefits, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Facebook.
He said the savings are a result of “coherent combat against corruption and increase of efficiency in this sector”.
The PM said the saved funds will be directed for the funding of other programs in the social security sector which for many years were not financed.
