According to the Ministry of ES of RA on November 4 by 08:00 roads in Armenia are passable.

About Larsi

According to the information received from the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for passenger cars and buses, and is closed for trucks.

According to the information received from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, Republic of North Ossetia, there are 250 accumulated cars on the Russian part.
