On December 15, at 23:23 an emergency call was received to “911” service that a house was burning in Geghhovit village of Gegharkunik Province.
A fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MES dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that the fire had broken out in the house 12 of the 1st street of Geghhovit village.
The fire was isolated at 23:35 and extinguished at 23:55.

The hanging ceiling (about 9 square meters), laminate floor (about 3 square meters) and the armchair (partly) of the kitchen, as well as the doors of the entrance and the kitchen were burnt.
Before the rescuers arrived at the scene the resident (born in 1958) of the house had been hospitalized to the medical center of Martuni town with various burns. According to the doctors conclusion the casualty was in satisfactory condition.
