On December 19, at 15:35 an emergency call was received to “911” service that collapse had occurred in the two-storey building of the Military Commissariat situated at 19a Halabyan street of Yerevan, there was a casualty: rescuers’ help was needed.
The rescue squad of the Center for Carrying out activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Forces Department, the operative and emergency response groups and the instructor on psychological consultation of the Psychological Support Division of the National Crisis Management Center and two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MES dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that the floor of one of the rooms of the 1st floor had collapsed. There were casualties.
