Srbuhi Galyan and Vladimir Vardanyan expressed their opinions on the bill, and the draft law was not endorsed

At February 10 sitting of RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs chaired by Vladimir Vardanyan the bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on Pardon authored by the RA Government was debated in the first reading and endorsed. The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Srbuhi Galyan noted that the initiative was worked out by the Ministry of Justice, the NA Deputy Speaker Vahe Enfiajyan and the Chair of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs Naira Zohrabyan.

The bill on Making Amendment and Addendum to the RA Constitutional Law the RA Judicial Code authored by the NA deputy Arman Babajanyan.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan presented the recommendation of the Government which was accepted.

The bill on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Keeping the Arrested and Detained Persons was also debated in the first reading.

Srbuhi Galyan and Vladimir Vardanyan expressed their opinions on the bill, and the draft law was not endorsed.

The Committee endorsed the revised version of the bill on Amending the RA Civil Procedure Code.

The package of bills on Making Amendment to the RA Law on Public Service and on Making Amendments to the RA Law authored by the Bright Armenia Faction was debated in the second reading.
