Following his visit to Azerbaijan last week, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, visited Armenia on February 17-18. Accompanied by the Head of EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Andrea Wiktorin, the EU Special Representative met with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Minister of Defence Davit Tonoyan.
The meetings with Armenian officials focused on the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process and EU-Armenia relations.
