Artsakh Republic President signed a range of decrees

On 26 May Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a range of decrees.

According to the decrees leutentant-general Lyova Mnatsakanyan was released from the post of the head of the Artsakh Republic Police upon his own request.

Colonel of the Police Ashot Hakobjanyan was appointed head of the Artsakh Republic Police being released from the position of deputy head of the Artsakh Republic Police.

Head of the Artsakh Republic Police, Colonel of the Police Ashot Hakobjanyan was conferred the rank of the major-general of the Police.

On 26 May Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed several decrees.

Arthur Petrosyan was appointed deputy head of the President’s Office.

Arayik Lazaryan was released from  the post of head of the Administration of Governmental Affairs of the President’s Office-first deputy head of the President’s Office and appointed head of the Administration of Governmental Affairs of the President’s Office.

David Babayan was appointed adviser to the Artsakh Republic President and released from the post of head of the Central Information Department of the President’s Office – deputy head of the President’s Office.

Vahram Poghosyan was appointed head of the Central Information Department of the President’s Office – deputy head of the President’s Office.
