Today, on June 5 2020, at the meeting of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Mr. Vladimir Vardanyan, the Chair of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the Chairperson of the Sub-Committee on Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, was appointed as a rapporteur on “The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on human rights and the rule of law.”
