The Chamber of Commerce and Industry France Armenia (CCI FA) announces with deep regret the death of the father of Ms. Arusyak Ludy-Hayrapetyan, Executive Director of the CCI FA. Member of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences, scientist, author of noumerious works, dictionaries and researches in the fields of phenology and biology, doctor, professor of science, former professor at the University of Yerevan, Mr Feliks Hayrapetyan died today on July 4, at 10 am, CET, at the medical center Erebuni. His heart stopped beating as a result of double pneumonia, probably due to COVID 19.
« He was an extraordinary man. A loving and exemplary husband, father and grandfather, a true patriot of our country, a fervent defender of human rights and freedoms. He fought until his last breath for his ideals and for the better future of our country. His personal contribution and his influence for the implementation of democratic and progressive values in our country has been important.
He formed me as an individual, as a citizen. I will be eternally grateful to him for having a happy and protected childhood and adolescence, good studies, excellent readings and life lessons, great debates, unforgettable giggles, as well as every moment of happiness and harmony that reigned in our family thanks to his love, generosity, loyalty and exceptional wisdom. He will remain in our hearts to light up our lives forever”,- ALH.
