“There was an ease in tensions after 6:00 PM yesterday. There was a complete cessation at midnight; not even large-caliber weapons or artillery were used. But before that, there were some violations of the ceasefire and shootings,” the head of the Command Staff Faculty at the Vazgen Sargsyan Military University, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, said during a briefing at the Crisis Information Center in Ijevan regarding the situation at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border in the Tavush region.
He said that it was officially announced this morning that the Armenian side destroyed two UAVs that were found in the land between the opposing forces.
Artsrun Hovhannisyan said that the situation at the Artsakh border was also calm.
