During a press briefing, members of the German Bundestag said, “We saw the effects of the shellings in Artsakh, which convinced us that the purpose of the war is to terrorize and eradicate the civilian population. And we are speaking out against that. We call upon the world to condemn Azerbaijan for bringing Islamic terrorists from Syria and Libya who are fighting a war against civilians. If it becomes clear that Azerbaijan is using terrorists to fight against Artsakh, Azerbaijan must be recognized as one of the largest actors in international terrorism and be condemned for that.”
