On 14 December President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan partook in Yerevan in the meeting of a plane carrying 44 prisoners of war and civilian captives returning to Homeland.
The Head off the State had a brief meeting with our compatriots who returned home, emphasized that the long-awaited return should be succeeded by a process of speedy recovery and integration into public life, adding that the Artsakh authorities will spare no effort in this regard.
Vice-Premier of the Republic of Armenia Tigran Avinyan, RA Human Rights Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan, and commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh Rustam Muradov partook in the meeting.
