Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan chaired a consultative meeting to discuss progress in construction, ongoing activities and further steps of the Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) Service Center in Gyumri.
State Revenue Committee Chairman Eduard Hovhannisyan reported that the first stage of construction is over; design work for the second stage is nearing completion; the second stage of construction will start in the near future. Analytical data were presented on the first stage, including the maintenance of vehicles and the implementation of customs operations following the modernization of the Northern Customs Directorate in November 2019.
The meeting next discussed the steps to take ahead and ways of ensuring FEA’s full and effective operations. The repair of roads and the improvement of infrastructure were reviewed during the meeting.
Stressing the importance of ensuring FEA’s full functionality, the Premier told those responsible to provide the Center with all necessary components.
