Or, how to train Diaspora Armenian teachers
The variety of problems in the field of education allows us to think that there is simply a lack of attention and consistent work, and, in general, the process of work is not regulated correctly. Regular training is important not only for teachers living in Armenia, but also those who teach in Artsakh and the Diaspora.
Recently, teacher and education specialist Arsen Vardanyan carried out a training seminar for teachers living and teaching in the Diaspora. The main topics of the seminar included Armenian language as the basis for national thought and several methods and tips for teaching the Armenian language. Arsen Vardanyan made an important point when he said that one of the bases for preserving the Armenian identity is teaching the Armenian language effectively in Diaspora Armenian communities. That is why it is important for Armenian to be taught at an appropriate level in Diaspora communities.

“I succeeded in the first step of one of my goals- training for Diaspora Armenian teachers. Of course, it was only one session, and it is too early to discuss the results, but as they say, the beginning is the most difficult,” Arsen Vardanyan said.
The trainer has been teaching the Armenian language and literature to Armenian, Diaspora Armenian, and foreign students for almost a decade. He also regularly organizes training courses for teachers in Artsakh and Armenia, thus creating a wide platform for the exchange of experience.
Concluding his interview, Arsen Vardanyan noted that all problems related to the field of education that can be solved to some extent through joint work, the exchange of experience, and training are at the center of his attention daily.
