On May 16, Andranik Piloyan, the Acting Minister of Emergency Situations of RA and Armen Gasparyan, the Director of the Rescue Service of the MES participated in a large-scale demonstration exercise of The forces of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations and equipment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation held at the Noginsk Rescue Center of MES of RF within the framework of 13th International exhibition of security facilities of “Integrated Safety and Security 2021” and the launch was announced by Yevgeny Zinich, the Ministry of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation. 800 people, about 200 units of equipment, as well as 14 planes, 10 helicopters, UAVs, specialized robotic systems of the Ministry of Emergency Situation were involved in the event.
More than 200 specialists of the emergency situation services from 56 countries took part.
The training provided an opportunity to use special and fire and rescue equipment in practice, to introduce modern innovative technologies to help the injured. This year, for the first time, a UAV with a range of up to 250 km was introduced.
The event ended with a solemn march of the staff of MES of RF.
