During the post-election rally on Republic Square on June 21st, Nikol Pashinyan announced, “I hope that we will be able to report today that the political crisis that began on November 9th in Armenia is overcome and complete. Tomorrow, we will return to work in full,” Nikol Pashinyan said, adding that their team was given the mandate to establish a rule of law and order in both legal and democratic elections, which observers noted. He shares the observer’s assessment that aggressive rhetoric was used during the campaign, but did not want to investigate who started it and why.
He only appealed to all the participants of the political processes in Armenia. “The people of Armenia have made their decision. The people of Armenia have created a new political situation and a new political reality, the first point and destination of which is the following: I suggest all political forces to start from a simple point – to stop swearing, because a new page has opened in the history of Armenia and Artsakh, and we must start this page with the consolidation of national and public potential, the establishment of new values - truly democratic, national, and state values. I say that for objective and subjective reasons. I may or may not have avoided that logic, but I am the first to make that commitment and call on all our supporters to stop swearing, unnecessary aggression, unnecessary hostility, because we are facing serious challenges, and we must open this new and wonderful page in building our statehood.”
He said that this naturally does not mean that they will avoid any responsibility they took on in the past, and Armenia will henceforth have “unobjectible lawfulness and the inevitability of responsibility.”
Nikol Pashinyan gave the “famous” participants of public life a second offer and said, “You know that the return of what was stolen from the people has always been our urgent agenda. We haven’t taken anything from anyone in the last three years, although we could. We wanted institutions to operate in the country that would be free from the whims of individuals and individuals. Today, the mechanism of confiscation of illegal property has been launched, which will inevitably work. But I want to suggest to all such people that they can negotiate with the state to return what was stolen voluntarily. I urge all these people not to miss the opportunity starting today and not to get the state wheels moving.” According to him, the money will be used to serve Armenia’s socioeconomic agenda.

Nikol Pashinyan will also begin political consultations with the forces that participated in the elections that wish to have mutual dialogue. He also called upon the forces that disagreed with him to unite, adding that it will not prevent the government from using the steel mandate given by the people to establish a rule of law and order.
He also called upon the country’s spiritual leaders to conduct mutual dialogue. “Because I believe what happened yesterday during the parliamentary elections- I was saying during one of the meetings in Ararat province, “The voice of many is the voice of God.” No one has the right to oppose a careful servant who uses the voice of God. We must renew our spiritual life as well.” He said that he remains committed to the settlement of the Artsakh problem within the framework of the “separation for the sake of salvation” formula and that Armenia is the guarantor of Artsakh. It will not be possible to cause disagreements between Armenia and Artsakh. Nikol Pashinyan also said that a 100 billion AMD housing program has been launched in Artsakh, which is more than all the programs initiated so far. Nikol Pashinyan was presented with a symbolic “steel mandate” in the form of the RA Constitution.
