Yerevan court of general jurisdiction chaired by judge Vahe Misakyan ruled to release head of Izmirlyan Medical Center Armen Charchyan against AMD 15 million bail.
To note, the Special Investigation Service made a decision to involve Armen Charchyan as defendant. The investigator had submitted petition to arrest Charchyan.
Earlier a recording was disseminated in the web where Charchyan was urging the employees of the medical center to participate in the elections.
Charchyan was arrested and then released. Later judge Armine Meliksetyan upheld the petition of the SIS and chose arrest as pre-trial measure against Charchyan. He was arrested for a month.
