On November 20, Arayik Harutyunyan, President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) convened a working meeting with the participation of Artsakh National Security Service Director Ashot Hakobjanyan and high-ranking officers of the National Security Service (NSS). Internal and external security issues of the republic were discussed.

The head of state gave a number of instructions to overcome the existing challenges and prevent possible security problems.
