The first virtual session of the U.S.–Armenia Strategic Dialogue kicked off on Monday, as Ambassador Tracy and USAID Deputy Assistant Administrator Mark Simakovsky discussed with Ambassador Lilit Makunts Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Paruyr Hovhannisyan, and other Armenian officials how our countries can deepen bilateral cooperation and enhance mutual prosperity.
As we celebrate the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between our two countries, we are committed to working with the Armenian government to support Armenia’s economic resiliency and sovereignty and to promote inclusive economic growth based on a competitive and diversified free-market economy.
