Our next meeting was with David Price, Co-Chair of the Congressional Democratic Partnership Committee.
We discussed the gross violations of the International Humanitarian Law by Azerbaijan during the 44-day war and up to now. I stated that Azerbaijan continues its criminal policy, as well as policy of persecuting Armenians, regularly targeting the border settlements.
I also informed Mr. Price, that today Azerbaijan has accumulated military equipment and troops on the borders of both Armenia and Artsakh, and is going to unleash another military aggression.
We respectfully urged the congressman to draw the attention of the international community to the criminal actions by Azerbaijan, follow the further developments of the situation and prevent another genocide.
