Phone conversation of Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan
On April 11, the Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone conversation with the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov.
The Ministers exchanged views on the creation of the commission on delimitation and border security, preparation of peace negotiations and humanitarian issues.
