Since March 22, 2022 I have been in the Republic of Artsakh, and when the Azerbaijani Armed Forces attacked the Parukh community of Artsakh, and occupied it, we were in the adjacent Khramort community.
I asked the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia Sergei Kopirkin for an urgent reception to present the situation in Artsakh as an eyewitness.
Yesterday I met the Ambassador. We discussed the current situation in the Republic of Artsakh. I informed Mr. Kopirkin that Azerbaijan uses firearms, even grenade launchers towards the civilian population of Artsakh and civilian infrastructures, targets the people working in the yards of their own house, fires at the agricultural machinery, as a result of which we have wounded. I specially noted that the mentioned is coordinated by the authorities of Azerbaijan with the aim of depriving the peaceful population of Artsakh of the right to live in peace and security in their homeland.
We stated the important fact that, that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces withdrew from the Parukh community in the wake of the negotiations with the Russian side, but I emphasized that the Azeri soldiers are still on the slopes of Karaglukh, and that the Azeri provocation is first of all against Russian peacekeepers, and it can be repeated at any time, if forgiven.

We also discussed the rights of our compatriots living in Russia and Ukraine, many of which want to return to Armenia or go to a third country.
I also drew the Ambassador’s attention to the current situation on the borders of Armenia: In Syunik and Gegharkunik provinces of Armenia, the representatives of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces continue to keep specific parts of the the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia under occupation.
