As for where, in what specific areas, what kind of discussions the trilateral working group will start de facto, I think when the work on specific areas starts, the relevant working group will make statements,” Governor of Syunik Robert Ghukasyan said at a press conference marking his 100th day in office. As for the mirror withdrawal of the troops, the governor also thinks that it may be impossible in some parts.
