“Have you all studied the statement of November 9 well? Have you studied the points regarding the alternative route?” said Vitaly Balasanyan, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, answering the journalists’ questions about the handing over of Berdzor, Aghavno, and Sus.
Vitaly Balasanyan did not comment on the well-known picture circulating on the Internet in which he is shaking hands with the representative of Azerbaijan in Berdzor, but urged to apply to the press service of the Armenian Security Council and request to organize a press conference. “We have not entered into any secret agreements or secret negotiations. We are not going and we will not go,” he declared. Although Vitaly Balasanyan promised to answer all questions after the end of the festive event, he left anyway, leaving journalists’ questions unanswered about the arrest of Mikayel Arzumanyan, the handover of Shushi, the handover of Parukh and Karaglukh, and new losses every day.
