On November 4, at 7:40 p.m., units of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan opened fire from different caliber firearms in the direction of the Armenian combat positions located in the Eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

No casualties from the Armenian side.

As of 10 p.m, the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is relatively stable.
