“The international community has sufficient legal, historical, and political grounds for the recognition of the Republic of Artsakh,” said Foreign Minister of Artsakh Sergey Ghazaryan at the conference entitled “The Imperative of International Recognition of the Republic of Artsakh.”
He said: “The decision of the International Court recorded Azerbaijan’s policy of inciting hatred and discrimination against Armenians. The Court’s conclusions allow for defining the blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan as a deliberate discriminatory act. Recognition of the independence of Artsakh by the international community is a way to stop the massive violations of the rights of the people of Artsakh.”
