On May 9 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan attended the Stepanakert Memorial Complex, paid tribute to the memory of heroes martyred in the Great Patriotic War and in the wars fought for the freedom of our Motherland.

The President was accompanied by high-ranking officials of the republic and representatives of defense army.
