Al Pacino is set to welcome his fourth child at the age of 83 with girlfriend Noor Alfallah, 29.
The Oscar winner and Scarface star’s representative confirmed that the pair are expecting their first child together.
The couple have been romantically linked since April 2022 and were seen together in public in Los Angeles last month.
Pacino is already a father to three children with two women.
He had Julie Pacino, 33, with Jan Tarrant and shares 22-year-old twins Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino with actress Beverly D’Angelo.
Ms Alfallah was previously linked to Sir Mick Jagger and billionaire Nicolas Berggruen.
In 2019 she was photographed with Clint Eastwood, but said they were “just friends”.
Ms Alfallah grew up in Beverly Hills and attended the UCLA School of Film and Television, before pursuing a career as a producer.
The news of the pregnancy comes shortly after Robert De Niro, 79, revealed that his girlfriend had recently given birth to his seventh child.
De Niro spoke about parenthood in an interview with ET Canada as he promoted his new film About My Father.
Interviewer Brittnee Blair said: “I know you have six kids,” to which the actor corrected her, replying: “Seven, actually.”
“I just had a baby,” he said.
De Niro and Pacino have starred together in numerous films, including 2019’s The Irishman, 1995’s‘Heatand 1974’s The Godfather Part II.
Last month, Pacino revealed he had been offered the role of Hans Solo in the Star Wars franchise and jokingly credited himself with kickstarting Harrison Ford’s career.
According to Variety, Pacino said he was given a “script called Star Wars” and was offered “so much money”.
He explained that he “read it” but “didn’t understand it”.
“So I said I couldn’t do it,” Pacino said. “I turned down Star Wars.”
“I gave Harrison Ford a career,” he joked.
