About 168bln AMD was designed by the mid-term programme approved for implementing the budgetary programmes of the RA health sphere with the preliminary version of the RA draft law on RA 2024 State Budget. The RA Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan said about this during the working debate held on July 19. According to Anahit Avanesyan, 18bln AMD was envisaged for the introduction of the Health Insurance Comprehensive System, which will inter into force from July 1, 2024. The citizens with disabilities of the 1st , 2nd and the 3rd groups with limitations are beneficiaries of the first phase.
At present, by the Minister’s assurance, sub-legislative acts, other drafts are revised. The complete package will be ready until the end of the year.
It was noted that projects of repairing 20 outpatient clinics, polyclinics and Vedi, Vardenis and Artik Medical Centers will be ready at the end of 2023, and its construction will begin next year. This year the Medical centers of Martuni city of Gegharkunik Marz and Vayots Dzor will be commissioned.
“Our general policy on construction are considered to be the qualitative standards, the modern medical institutions will be built and commissioned,” Anahit Avanesyan said.
