▫️Because of the crisis situation as the result of the blockade of the Republic of Artsakh caused by Azerbaijan from December 12, 2022, and the complete siege from June 15, 2023, mass suspensions of activities and dismissals of employees continue among economic entities, as a result of which the planned budget tasks of January-July 2023 were underachieved.
In particular, according to the preliminary data, 16.4 billion drams of tax revenues and duties were entered into the state budget of the Republic of Artsakh in January-July 2023, which was by 63.1 percent, or 9.6 billion drams were collected less than the planned indicator of 26.0 billion drams. The revenues collected in July were underachieved compared to the planned task by 54.6 percent, or 2.5 billion drams were collected less.
