We have defined a simplified procedure on the participation of the foreign companies for the kinds of a number of activities of not having demand of the activity venue. Today, need emerged to make change in some spheres. It refers to the import and export orders of nuclear, radioactive substances, device with radioactive substances and radioactive wastes. The RA Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan said this at September 5 sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, presenting the draft law on Making Addenda to the law on Licensing.
The adoption of the draft will establish regulations, on the sphere of the nuclear power use, as well as the level of the nuclear and ray security in accordance with the international obligations assumed by the Republic of Armenia.
The deputy of the Armenia Faction Tadevos Avetisyan inquired if it was not possible to make impact assessment. Vahan Kerobyan answered that any regulation needs additional rectifications after a while, and this is one of those cases, and as a result of additional discussions with relevant agency they resulted in this decision.
