On November 21, at the extraordinary sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs convened for the second time the draft law on Making Addendum to the law on RA State Budget for 2023 was debated and endorsed. It will give an opportunity to the Government to redistribute also 3 percent – 77.7 billion AMD within the frame work of the state budget.
The key rapporteur, the RA Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan noted that at November 21 extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly after interrupting the debate of the draft by the established order of law, proposals in written form were not presented.
In response to the deputies’ questions the Minister informed that about 50 billion AMD will be allocated for the needs of our compatriots forcibly displaced.
In response to the question of the deputy of the RA NA Civil Contract Faction Arusyak Manavazyan if 3 percent redistribution is enough for our compatriots’ needs, it was noted that the designed sum of money will give an opportunity to solve the current problems.

Vahe Hovhannisyan documented that at this moment, inventory of needs is carried out by the partners. It was also mentioned that 10 billion AMD will be addressed to their living needs. Allocations will be on education and health care.
