It is proposed by the draft to regulate the relations regarding the use of the structure for the acting officials’ position in the relevant positions, as the person holding administrative position and the Deputy Minister and the Deputy Head of the community, in cases of the change of the immediate head of the superior of the person holding administrative position, as well as the change of the Minister or the Head of the Community.
The draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Public Service authored by the Government was debated at the RA NA sitting on December 8.
“In particular, it is proposed by the draft to regulate the relations regarding the use of the structure for holding the acting officials’ position,” the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Levon Balyan said, presenting in detail the addenda being presented. Answering the deputies’ question, Levon Balyan clarified the legal regulations concerning the persons discretionary holding discretionary position.
Trdat Sargsyan presented the endorsement of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.
